Unlearning “Not Enough”: A Healing Group for Women in Transition

For women (approx. 25–45) ready to release guilt, reclaim boundaries,
and reconnect with themselves.
Are you a woman who…
Struggles with self-doubt, burnout, or people-pleasing?
Feels like you’re always trying to be “enough” but never quite get there?
Has a history of toxic or emotionally unfulfilling relationships?
Wants to grow and evolve but continues to land in the same situations?
Is navigating a major life transition—divorce, career shift, motherhood, or rediscovery?
Is ready to break painful patterns and find clarity, confidence, and connection?
If so, this group is for you - women ready to stop shrinking and start becoming whole.
In this 8-week group, you will:
Uncover how your past has shaped your patterns—and begin to shift them
Understand how social norms and conditioning have influenced your habits and behaviors
Learn nervous system tools to regulate, ground, and feel safe in your body
Reclaim your voice, boundaries, and internal sense of “enoughness”
Connect with women who truly get it—you won’t have to do it alone
Practice compassion, not perfection, as you grow into your next chapter
This group is grounded in:
Compassion-based awareness therapy (self-kindness over self-criticism)
Mindfulness & somatic approaches (healing through the body)
Relational and trauma-informed therapy
Polyvagal therapy (understanding your nervous system)
You deserve to feel safe in your body, clear in your mind, and rooted in your worth.
Let this be the space where you come back home to yourself.
