It’s very helpful to realize that the emotions we have, the negativity and the positivity, are exactly what we need to be fully human, fully awake, fully alive.

You may appear to be functioning well on the outside while internally struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, depression, or a sense of disconnection from yourself. Perhaps you feel stuck in painful relationship patterns, carry wounds from childhood, or find yourself questioning who you are, what you need, and what gives your life meaning. You may be tired of overthinking, being hard on yourself, or feeling as though something about you needs to be fixed.
My approach is rooted in the belief that healing does not come from judging or fixing ourselves, but from developing greater awareness, curiosity, and compassion toward our inner experience. Together, we slow down and explore the patterns, emotions, and attachment wounds that may be shaping how you relate to yourself and others. Through this process, we create space to reconnect with your inner wisdom and develop greater clarity, self-trust, and ease.
In my role as your therapist, I offer a gentle, supportive space where all parts of you—including your sorrow, uncertainty, and vulnerability—are welcome.
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, attachment and relationship struggles, life transitions, and questions of identity and meaning. With couples and families, I support
greater understanding of relational patterns while fostering communication, emotional connection, and compassion.
Curiosity guides our work, and compassion holds it. Rather than approaching you as a problem to be solved, we seek to understand what your experiences have taught you and what you may be ready to release. Together, we create space for healing, connection, and a more authentic relationship with yourself and the people who matter to you. You don’t have to face this alone.
