Our Services
Real connection. Thoughtful support. Person-centered therapy that meets you where you are.
At the Center for Mindful Relationships (CFMR), we offer more than just talk therapy. We provide a space where growth happens through presence, not performance. Whether you're navigating personal struggles, seeking connection, or fulfilling a legal requirement, we’re here to walk with you—compassionately, without judgment.
Therapy
Reconnect with yourself. Repair your relationships. Regain your peace.
Our therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. We use Compassion Based Awareness Therapy (CBAT) with individuals and couples, which is rooted in the belief we are all inherently lovable and valuable—to help you explore your patterns, heal emotional wounds, and develop more secure ways of connecting to yourself and others.
We support clients with:
Anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout
Relationship and communication struggles
Trauma, emotional neglect, and family dynamics
Identity exploration and life transitions
Virtual therapy available across California.

Group Support
You’re not alone. Healing happens in connection.
Our groups offer guided, supportive spaces to explore shared experiences, deepen insight, and build resilience with others who “get it.” Each group is therapist-led and rooted in our CBAT approach.
Current offerings include:
Dating & Relationships- for those navigating intimacy, boundaries, and self-worth
Parenting Support- for parents wanting to show up with more presence, not perfection
Unlearning ‘Not Enough’- a group for people rewriting self-worth narratives
Groups are available virtually and in-person, and rotate seasonally.
Court Ordered Counseling
Therapy that meets legal requirements—and supports real change
Being referred to therapy through the Batterers Intervention Program or DVRP doesn’t mean you’re broken. It means something needs care. We offer respectful, trauma-informed, and non-shaming support for individuals fulfilling court mandates. We also welcome members who would like to participate voluntarily.
You’ll learn:
Explore the root of violence & the world of emotions
Anger management or domestic violence support
Tools to communication more effectively
Accountability while also receiving understanding and compassion
We treat you like a person—not a case file. Learn more here.
